3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices include applicable UK VAT where required. Any delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

We will make reasonable efforts to update your details before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or handed to the delivery provider.

7. Returns and Cancellations
We hope you love your Iris & Adams purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be suitable.
For most online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@irisandadams.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Please do not send items to our registered office without first receiving the appropriate return instructions.
Certain products, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where permitted by law.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.

8. Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This includes the original standard delivery charge where applicable, but not any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery service.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in the value of goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
